About Lee Vallely

My entire professional career has been about the pursuit of movement with great precision and intention. That's why I created the Lee Pilates Method to combine my 25 years of experience in movement education and fitness. I blend my professional career in dance with my education and certifications in Pilates, neuro biomechanics, and athletic training. After founding and working for years at RedBird Pilates, I’m thrilled to also share my expertise online. My Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer and dance-based toning classes will stimulate your mind, tone your breath, and create a flexible, strong body. My passion is to help my clients gain strength, consciousness, and mental clarity through the power of precise movement.
